This Real Bread Week, we wanted to prove that baking gluten free bread is easy. So between 22nd - 1st March, why not try baking your own loaves?

It’s safe to say that Britain loves bread. It’s a staple part of our diet, with the average Brit eating around 90g (at least two slices) of bread a day.

For people with coeliac disease, baking your own gluten free bread can seem daunting. You may be surprised to find out that it can be quicker and easier than traditional breadmaking!
