What are the symptoms?

Symptoms can vary from person to person and in severity.  They may         include one or a combination of the following:

Bloating / wind
Constipation / diarrhoea
Low iron levels / anaemia
Tiredness
Sickness
Mouth ulcers
Weight loss
Osteoporosis
Joint / bone pain
Infertility
Low mood
Headaches

Many people with unexplained symptoms may be incorrectly                    diagnosed with “Irritable Bowel Syndrome”

Symptoms in children

Diarrhoea
Vomiting
Pale stools
Failure to gain weight / grow
Failure to thrive

Older children may have less obvious symptoms
