Spaghetti Bolognaise

Spaghetti Bolognaise

Serves 2

ingredients:

  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
  • 250g (10oz) lean minced beef
  • 75g (3oz) mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 medium jar Bolognese sauce*
  • 150g (6oz) JUVELA Gluten-Free Spaghetti
  • Parmesan cheese*

Method:

Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion and garlic gently for a few minutes. Add the minced beef and cook until browned. Stir in the mushrooms, Bolognese sauce and seasoning, and simmer gently for 10-15minutes.
Cook Spaghetti as per instructions on pack. Drain and rinse thoroughly with boiling water and transfer to serving dishes. Serve bolognese spooned over freshly cooked Spaghetti and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan.
