Baked Mozzamary Bread

Serves 4

Classic garlic bread with mozzarella and rosemary makes a tasty starter or side dish.

ingredients:

  • 100g (6oz) mozzarella, roughly chopped
  • 50g (2oz) butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 1tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 4 JUVELA Gluten-Free Part Baked Rolls

Oven temperature: 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6

Method:

Place the mozzarella, butter, garlic and rosemary in a food processor and blend to a coarse paste. Make an incision in the top of each roll and fill with the mozzarella mixture. Wrap each roll in tin foil and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
