Med Burgers

Makes 4-6

Brighten up your summer barbeques with these mouthwatering burgers, crammed with all the flavours of the Med - perfect sandwiched between a JUVELA Gluten-Free Roll.

ingredients:

  • 500g (1lb) lean pork mince
  • 50g (2oz) sun-dried tomatoes, drained and finely chopped*
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 2 tbsp freshly grated parmesan*
  • 25g (1oz) pine nuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 JUVELA Gluten-Free Bread rolls, sliced in half

Method:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together thoroughly and shape into 4 or 6 equal sized rounds. Grill or barbeque the burgers on a medium heat for about 10 minutes each side until cooked through. Serve on a JUVELA Gluten-Free Roll with a dollop of ketchup*
