Savoury Biscuit Dippers
The JUVELA Gluten-free Savoury Biscuits are an ideal size to use as dippers - try some of these tasty dip ideas for a quick snack:
Houmous:
Place the following ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth: 400g tin chickpeas, drained, 1 peeled and crushed garlic clove, ½ tsp ground cumin, 1 deseeded and chopped red chilli, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and freshly ground black pepper
Satay:
Combine together 6tbsp peanut butter*, 1tsp chilli powder and 200ml carton coconut cream.
Cheese & Chive:
Combine together 50g (2oz) grated mature white cheddar, 50g (2oz)
grated Red Leicester, 2 tbsp fresh chives and 6tbsp crème fraiche*
Petit Pois Guacamole:
Place the following ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth: 100g (4oz) Petit Pois, 1 peeled and crushed garlic clove, 1 deseeded and roughly chopped red chilli, ½ peeled and roughly chopped red onion, 3tbsp fromage frais*, 1tsp lemon juice, salt and freshly ground black pepper
Tomato Salsa:
Blend the following ingredients in a food processor for about a minute: 4 roughly chopped tomatoes, ½ peeled and roughly red onion, 1 deseeded and roughly chopped red chilli, 1 peeled and roughly chopped garlic clove, 2tbsp roughly chopped fresh coriander, pinch of sugar, salt and freshly ground black pepper
Indian:
Combine together 200g (8oz) natural yoghurt, 2tbsp curry paste* and 2tbsp fresh chopped coriander.
