Cheddar & Chutney Cobbles

Makes 6

These chunky rustic bread rolls are really simple to make and are great dunked in soup or made into a sandwich.

ingredients:

  • 300g (12oz) JUVELA Gluten-Free Fibre Mix
  • 75g (3oz) mature cheddar cheese, grated
  • 5tbsp tomato chutney*
  • 25g (1oz) pitted black olives, chopped
  • 1 medium egg, lightly beaten
  • 75ml (3fl oz) milk

Oven temperature: 190°C/350°F/Gas Mark 5

Method:

Place the Fibre Mix in a large bowl and stir in the grated cheese, chutney and olives.

Combine the egg and milk together and add to the bowl. Bring the mixture together to form a dough. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape each into a rough round. Place on a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
