Canapés & Topping Ideas
These crunchy cheese flavoured biscuits make a great canape base. Try these delicious and very simple ideas…
Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese
Spread a thick layer of cream cheese on to each biscuit and top with a slice of smoked salmon.
Feta & Sun-dried Tomatoes
For every 2 biscuits, crumble 25g (1oz) Feta cheese in a bowl and add 25g (1oz) finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Spoon on to biscuits and press down lightly.
Tuna & Sweetcorn
For every 2 biscuits, mix together 25g (1oz) tinned tuna, 25g (1oz) tinned sweetcorn and 1tsp mayonnaise*.
Thai Style Prawns
Place a dollop of fromage frais onto each biscuit, top with a cooked peeled prawn dipped in sweet chilli sauce* and finish with thinly sliced red chilles.
Creamy Mushrooms
Sauté a few sliced mushrooms in a small knob of butter. Add 1tsp of crème fraiche or fromage frais and 1/2tsp wholegrain mustard*.

Pizza Snackers
Place a thick slice of cheese onto each Savoury Biscuit, then a slice of pepperoni, and top with a dollop of tomato ketchup*
Hedgehog Snackers
Spread a thick layer of cheese spread* eg. Dairylea onto each Savoury Biscuit. Cut a thick slice of cucumber in half and cut out 4 triangles from the edge to make spikes! Cut out shapes from your favourite ingredients to make the hedgehog‘s face - we used peppers and olives.
Cheese & Ham Stackers
Sandwich a thick slice of ham and 2 thick slices of cheese OR a thick slice of cheese and 2 thick slices of ham between 2 Savoury Biscuits.
Cream Cheese & Chive Sandwich
Spread a thick layer of cream cheese with chives on to a Savoury Biscuit and sandwich together with a second Biscuit.
