Q. What is the best way to store the bread that I make with the Juvela Gluten-Free Mix?
A. Once baked, remove the bread from the tins and allow to cool on a wire rack and then wrap it well in cling film or a sealed food bag - to ensure extra freshness, pop it into an airtight container and keep in a cool dry place.
Q. Once I have made the bread, can it be frozen?
A. Yes, the bread is suitable for freezing. Wrap it well in cling film or a sealed freezer bag. It is a good idea to freeze the bread in portion sizes to make it easier when you want to defrost it.
Q. Can I use olive oil in place of vegetable oil when making my gluten-free bread?
A. No, always use a vegetable or sunflower oil as other oils, such as olive oil, are too heavy and give the bread a waxy, crumpet like texture!
