Bread Sauce
Roast chicken just wouldn't be the same without it!
ingredients:
- 250ml (½ pt) milk
- 6 cloves
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 50g (2oz) gluten-free breadcrumbs made
from a JUVELA Gluten-free Loaf
Method:
Place the milk, cloves, onion and half the breadcrumbs. Bring to the boil, then stir in the remaining breadcrumbs. Reduce the heat and simmer gently for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the cloves and season to taste.
