The Juvela Gluten-Free Mix and Fibre Mix are both all-purpose 'flour' substitutes, suitable for making bread, pastry, cakes, biscuits and sauces to name but a few! The Mixes can be used as traditional flour substitutes, making them suitable for adapting many of your own favourite recipes to gluten-free.
The added fibre in the Fibre Mix is in the form of sugarbeet, which provides a delicious nutty flavour.
The Mixes are interchangeable with each other in any recipe, although when using the Fibre Mix, slightly more liquid may be required as the added fibre can increase the absorbency.
The Mix range also includes the Juvela Harvest Mix, which is suitable for those with multiple allergies and need to avoid one or a combination of the following: gluten, wheat, or milk.
