Stilton & Walnut Crusted Trout

Description

The combination of the rich creamy stilton and walnuts with fresh fish is a delicious treat for one or perfect for a dinner party!

Ingredients

2 trout fillets
4tbsp chopped walnuts
100g (4oz) stilton cheese, crumbled
4tbsp breadcrumbs (made from a Juvela Gluten-Free loaf)
Juvela Gluten-Free mix, for dusting
1 medium egg, mixed with 2tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Oven temperature: 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6
  2. Combine the walnuts, cheese, and breadcrumbs together in a bowl. Dip the flesh side of the trout fillets in the Gluten-free Mix, then in the egg mixture.
  3. Coat with the cheese and walnut mixture, place on a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven for about 15 minutes.
