Salmon & Brie Pizza

Description
Creamy brie and chunks of fresh salmon sat on a tangy barbeque sauce - a luxurious yet simple supper suggestion - perfect with a glass of chilled white wine!
Ingredients
1 Juvela Gluten-Free pizza base
5tbsp bbq sauce*
100g (4oz) brie, rind removed and thickly sliced
150g (6oz) salmon fillet, skin removed and thickly sliced
salt and freshly ground black pepper
50g (2oz) rocket leaves

Instructions
- Oven temperature: 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6
- Spread the BBQ sauce over the pizza base. Top with slices of brie and salmon and season well.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven for about 15 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before adding rocket leaves to serve.
