Salmon & Brie Pizza

Description

Creamy brie and chunks of fresh salmon sat on a tangy barbeque sauce - a luxurious yet simple supper suggestion - perfect with a glass of chilled white wine!

Ingredients

1 Juvela Gluten-Free pizza base
5tbsp bbq sauce*
100g (4oz) brie, rind removed and thickly sliced
150g (6oz) salmon fillet, skin removed and thickly sliced
salt and freshly ground black pepper
50g (2oz) rocket leaves

Instructions

  1. Oven temperature: 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6
  2. Spread the BBQ sauce over the pizza base. Top with slices of brie and salmon and season well.
  3. Bake in a pre-heated oven for about 15 minutes until golden.
  4. Allow to cool slightly before adding rocket leaves to serve.
