Ingredients
juices from the meat
2tbsp Juvela Gluten-Free mix
500ml (1 pint) stock (made from stock cube* and/or vegetable water)
salt and freshly ground black pepper
2tbsp Juvela Gluten-Free mix
500ml (1 pint) stock (made from stock cube* and/or vegetable water)
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Pour off the juices from the meat into a pan.
- Blend in the Juvela Mix to form a paste and heat gently.
- Gradually add the stock, stirring all the time until the gravy thickens. Season well.
