Fab Fish Fingers

Description

A gluten-free version of this all-time favourite kiddies food. For chicken dippers, follow the same recipe replacing fish with uncooked chicken breast strips.

Ingredients

200g (8oz) cod/haddock fillets
25g (1oz) Juvela Gluten-Free mix
1tsp paprika
1 egg
50g (2oz) Juvela Gluten-Free loaf (made into breadcrumbs)

Instructions

Before you start, pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 and lightly grease a baking tray.

  1. Add the paprika to the Gluten-Free Mix.
  2. Dip each strip of fish in the Mix, then into the egg, and then coat evenly with the breadcrumbs*.
  3. Place on baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes, turning frequently until golden.

* You can make breadcrumbs using a food processor or blender
