Chocolate & Orange Brownies

Description

Squidgy chocolate and orange squares of heaven - a sure winner with all you chocoholics!

Ingredients

3 medium eggs, beaten
125g (5oz) butter
125g (5oz) orange flavour chocolate*
200g (8oz) soft brown sugar
75g (3oz) Juvela Gluten-Free mix

Instructions

  1. Before you start, pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 and grease and line a 15cm (6inch) square tin.
  2. In a large bowl, melt together the butter and chocolate. Stir in the sugar, Mix and eggs.
  3. Pour into the prepared tin and bake in a pre-heated oven for about 35 minutes until well risen and springy to touch.
  4. Remove from the tin and allow to cool on a wire rack. Cut into squares to serve.
