Spicy Chickpea Mash Pizza Slices

Description

A quick and tasty snack or finger food suggestion using the Juvela Gluten-Free Pizza Bases.

Ingredients

1 Juvela Gluten-Free pizza base
400g (16oz) of tinned chickpeas (drained)
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1tsp ground cumin
1 small red chilli, de-seeded and very finely chopped (optional)
2tbsp olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Slice the pizza base into 12 wedges and place under a hot grill until golden and crisp.
  3. Serve hot, spread generously with the chickpea mash.
