Med Burger
Makes 4-6
Description
Brighten up your summer barbeques with these mouthwatering burgers, crammed with all the flavours of the Med - perfect sandwiched between a Juvela Gluten-Free Roll.
Ingredients
500g (20oz) lean pork mince
50g (2oz) sun-dried tomatoes, drained and finely chopped*
2 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
2tbsp freshly grated parmesan*
25g (1oz) pine nuts, roughly chopped
2tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
2tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 Juvela Gluten-Free bread rolls, sliced in half
50g (2oz) sun-dried tomatoes, drained and finely chopped*

2tbsp freshly grated parmesan*
25g (1oz) pine nuts, roughly chopped
2tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
2tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 Juvela Gluten-Free bread rolls, sliced in half
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together thoroughly and shape into 4 or 6 equal sized rounds.
- Grill or barbeque the burgers on a medium heat for about 10 minutes each side until cooked through.
- Serve on a Juvela Gluten-Free Roll with a dollop of ketchup*
