Italian Ham & Red Pepper Pizza

Description

Dry cured Italian ham with roasted red peppers (sold in jars in most supermarkets) - a delightful topping idea for the JUVELA Gluten-Free Pizza Bases

Ingredients

1 Juvela Gluten-Free pizza base
5tbsp passata* (sieved tomatoes)
3 slices italian ham, e.g prosciutto, parma
75g (3oz) roasted red peppers
50g (2oz) parmesan*, shaved or grated
basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Spread the passata over the pizza base.
  2. Top with the ham and peppers.
  3. Place on a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  4. Scatter parmesan shavings and basil leaves over the pizza before serving.
