Chicken Pesto Pasta Salad

Description
A speedy pasta salad suggestion combining tender strips of chicken, pesto sauce, and crunchy pine nuts. For a vegetarian alternative, simply omit the chicken.
Ingredients
150g (6oz) Juvela Gluten-Free fusilli (dry weight)
100g (4oz) chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
5tbsp pesto sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper
parmesan cheese*

Instructions
- Cook the Fusilli as per instructions on pack. Drain and rinse thoroughly with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken and pesto sauce* with the freshly cooked pasta and season well. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese to serve.
