storage:
The fresh bread can be used straight from the bag. It requires no preparation before it is eaten. It will remain fresh for 5 days from the date of receipt.
freezing:
The bread is delivered in cases of 8 loaves. We recommend that 1-2 loaves are consumed as fresh and the remaining are placed in the freezer on the day of receipt. The bread retains all the superior qualities of fresh bread even when it has been frozen. It can simply be defrosted at room temperature and then consumed as fresh.
